Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. There are no cancellation fees.

To cancel, go to your Dashboard settings.

Refunds

Hyntronix™ offers refunds for professional digital products and subscriptions under the following conditions:

• Technical Issues: If our software does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
• Accidental Purchase: If you request a refund within 24 hours of the transaction and have not significantly utilized the service/product.

Digital Products Disclaimer

Due to the nature of professional digital goods (downloadable software, CLI tools, templates), we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or license keys have been accessed, unless there is a confirmed defect.
