1. Professional & Team Licensing

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (individually or on behalf of an entity) and Hyntronix™.

Licensing Model: Hyntronix™ products are licensed as professional software seats. We support individual professional licenses, team subscriptions, and enterprise deployments. Licenses are granted for professional commercial use, subject to the specific plan purchased.

2. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. Team administrators are responsible for managing seat assignments and ensuring compliance with seat counts. Credentials may not be shared outside of the designated license holder or team environment.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our software are our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by Hyntronix™ and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

4. Limitations of Liability

Hyntronix™ provides high-grade professional tools. However, we are not liable for any specific outcomes, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our software in your professional environment. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized credential sharing or illegal use of our software.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Hyntronix™ and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Hyderabad, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
